Smart SEO has been a very useful app for managing and improving the SEO of our Shopify store. The features are well thought out, but what really stood out to us was the quality of their support.

We recently ran into a structured data issue where Google was reporting duplicate review and brand information. Radoslav from the Smart SEO support team investigated it carefully, identified that the problem was caused by duplicate and outdated JSON-LD generated by the theme, and resolved it properly for us.

What I especially appreciated was that the issue was handled with care rather than simply suggesting that we disable useful SEO features. Radoslav took the time to find the actual source of the problem and implement the correct fix.

For my Shopify ecommerce store, I loved Smart SEO from when I started using it in Sept 2025. It is easy to use and allows me to audit all my product pages for SEO compliance on multiple level with an easy rating system to see when each of my product, collection, blog post pages are SEO compliant. Uploading an updated sitelink to Google is a breeze.
After a recent site audit of my website, I found that my my Meta description was pulling on the product description. It turns out this was due to old coding that my previous SEO app code left in my theme. The Sherpas support team did an amazing job and were very clear on what needed to be done and fixed it right away and removed all of the old app's code. Problem solved! I highly recommend Smart SEO if you want to clean up your pages and improve your websites SEO. The Best!!

We had a tricky structured data problem — a duplicate Product JSON-LD block was causing errors across 212 pages in Google Search Console. Ivailo identified the root cause quickly and accurately, confirmed that the issue was coming from custom code we had added to our theme (not from Smart SEO), and guided us through the fix step by step.

The support was fast, technically precise, and genuinely helpful. Smart SEO is already a great app, but having this level of customer support makes it even better.
