Smartrmail is a great app, when just starting out I love how easy it is to use, and everything is in one place.

Very simple to use. If I ran into an issues there was always a real person there to help by email. Not difficult to integrate either.

I really love this app and the people behind it. Has most of the functionality of the previous app I was using, but with SmartrMail you can speak to/message with real people. People who are helpful and can help navigate. The only reason for a 4 star v. 5 star review is because I’d like to see bit more functionality and design elements. BUT, I know these are in the works.

Really simple and easy to use templates, but the only issues I had were in the beginning when I didn't really know how to switch fonts in the texts and edit some parts of my mail. After Ive gotten used to it, its really good and easy to use! Also, really helpful staff!!

Great app, does what it says. everyone should use the free 5000 emails every month, its worth all the free emails , it converts easily

The thing that I love the most about this app is that it allows me to create professional emails with ease. I also don't have to worry about my emails not going directly to my list, it shows me exactly what to do to make sure it goes where it needs to. There is no extra steps my list has to take to be able to receive my emails. That's priceless.

I have been trying to contact the support through e-mail (concierge@sendicate.net) regarding billing concerns but have not received a reply. It's been about a month. I've sent an e-mail again just now, let's see.

To be fair, the app does what it's supposed to do, but I unsubscribed because it's not working for me (in terms of sales).

I'm very disappointed with the lack of support, though, and would not be recommending this app for this very reason.

Hi The Style Quater team, this was app was acquired in 2016, and we've made massive changes including adding a dedicated support team. Our response times are on average under 30 minutes.

Really liking the support that you get from the team. Dashboard is nicely organized. Easy to set up my own e-mails.

I like this app however, it definitely needs an upgrade. I like that it automatically sends emails to your customers but this app has virtually no customization which is a downside. I would love for this app to have more features so I can rate it with 5 stars and LOVE it!
