I have been using SmartrMail for 5+ years for my retail shop. The app makes it easy and seamless to automate email contact with our customers, to promote new products to existing customers and to have an overall process in place to handle this portion of our business. I recommend SmartrMail for retail business.

I just switched over from using Constant Contact, and I'm still learning my way around. The support team was awesome and very engaged in helping me get my first newsletter out.

I love that the product blocks are directly tied to my store; just pick a product, and it loads all the necessary info and links.

So far so good!
