Just started using the app and figuring it out. I only give 4 stars at this time as being a start up business I would love to have just a few simple features available without cost. But I do understand.
Had a simple question for a customer and their sign up and log in for my Rewards program, so reached out via chat to Smile Team and Jade was right on point to help support the issue.

Hello!! I paid the 199.00 plan but this application has many problems and I dont receive a response... the application dont save the changes, it logs me out to the panel and it dont let me working. Please, any response let me know in ecommerce@rbmrep.com

I would definitely recommend this app to anyone running a business online. I love rewards points and referral incentives, personally, so I know my customers appreciate it as well. It's such a great way to build your business and give back. The app is super simple to navigate and makes it easy to customize your settings.
