Customer service was awesome! They patiently answered all 100 questions I had and were very helpful. I am super excited about getting started with Smile. The options this app offers cover all the bases. Couldn't ask for a better rewards app!

I'm using the free version of the app. I just had a customer place an order put they didn't receive any points for the action. I adjusted their total. But why didn't they get the points?
I sent the developer a question and in less than an hour they had looked into what had happened and fixed it for me.
Great customer service.

The smile rewards app has helped create greater loyalty between me and my customers. Their customer has been nothing short of engaging and helpful. You can really see how their customer support cares for it's clients. I feel as if that is rare nowadays.

the installation process was super simple and the rewards look great! They walk you through how to set up everything and already have default emails set up which is super helpful.

Fantastic little app, great way to keep your customers engaged. Still have a little tweaking to do at our end so it works best for us but its a great start and will enjoy using the features - Thumbs Up!
