Great Customer support! Had a glitch on how our "Sweet Rewards" button was showing on mobile and Maggie took care of it very fast! I also had questions about the plans and where to customize and was provided with the details I needed to make our program more branded.
This app is helpful in getting customers involved in brand loyalty and earning points that goes toward $ and free merch. Thank you!
I haven't really had a chance to fully use the app as yet but it was fairly easy to set up and when I ran into trouble I used the chat option to speak to Maggie who literally resolved the issue in two minutes.
really good loyalty and reward app up there. their free version have many useful features. Joshua is really helpful and gets answer all inquiry promptly and well.

Interesting and great app! The idea is superb, easy to install and easy to use. Come with many useful discount features. Definitely a must have!
