Customization options are great and pretty user friendly. It does require very specific sizes on logos and other branding images that weren't necessary generic sizing, but aside from that setup was really easy.
Tech support has been responsive & very helpful.
Only suggestions I would give for improvements are providing an option to help the text be more legible on the rewards panel instead of being able to see through to the background image, maybe a color block or opaque overlay that the text sits on to help it be legible on a busy background image?
Providing point expiration at a more accessible price point would be lovely, and more integrations like with Constant Contact.
Oh, it was also difficult at setup to determine if activating the ways to earn & redeem would make the whole panel & system active/visible to customers while it was still in development, so maybe some clarity in verbiage would help?
Lastly, a ways to schedule changes in ways to earn would be amazing for promotions where you want to offer double points for short durations.

Super easy to set up, good interface!

I like this app, I wish there was another plan level between the free plan and the $50 plan. Maybe $14.99 per month for those who are just starting out.

The onboarding has been quick and easy, with plenty of communication for Brandon and the team at Smile.io.

We are using the points for donations, rather than a discount and with the teams help we have been able to adapt the program to our needs and are happy with the results so far.

It's nice I just wish it gave us the option to make a separate page with all of the ways to earn and redeem like in the popup.
