Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout). Positive reviews MUST be fake. This is TERRIBLE! I watched as 6 people signed up for my rewards program yesterday and not one is in my database now. This thing sent them a confirmation email, they went to spam folders. It gives a code that you then have to go back to the website to be added to my reward program. When they clicked the link - it gave them a 404 error. I just checked and it is now NOT LIVE on my website even tho it's showing in the Shopify store. Waste of time. Customer support is useless.
