Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I have been using this app for well over a year. And I really like it and most importantly the support is excellent. This is what usually makes you want to stick with an app - knowing you will get an immediate response and solution in the fast pace of ecommerce. Just wish there was a lower paid entry tier as it is such a jump to get some benefits which would be fantastic for a small business like mine.

Simple to install and easy for customers to use. Background updates/changes to loyalty information is also very easy.

Very happy with this application. Easy integration and a great way to reward customers for shopping with you. The customer support from the team at Smile is awesome, very kind and quick responses.

We originally got the free version of this several years ago, but never really put it to much use. Near the beginning of 2020, we decided to actually use it, and we're so glad we did! It's very easy to set up and use, and the free plan is pretty great on its own for when you're first starting out. And their custom service is great! Customers so far have been a lot more likely to come back knowing that they're getting rewarded for their purchases, and we've been able to start building a network with reviewers to refer product easily. Recently, we realised we needed to upgrade a bit from a small plan. As a small business we were a little concerned about the pricing, but customer support (shout-out to Christian!) was excellent and they helped us to navigate into a custom plan that worked the best for us.

Smile app is easy to work with, but if you do need help, their customer service team (thanks, Nicole!) is right there and ready to help you out.

this app is not bad, i just wish i could do more customisation with the basic account

Great app with great options and amazing support! Way better value than some of the competition (YOTPO loyalty) and such better customer support!
