Very easy to set up! I decided on the smallest upgrade so we can use our logo. I had a couple of questions about setting up the customer emails. Nicole was fantastic in getting back to me quickly, only to learn that the program pretty well does all the filling in for you. Great customer service with a smile! (pun intended). We wanted to implement a rewards program and chose Smile: Loyalty& Rewards. So far so good and tech support is great too!

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!
