Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. We've been Smile customers previously with another store but we are still amazed by the level of service offered by Joana, Jade, Andreana, Angie, Maggie and Lisa. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.
