This app helped me develop a reward program for my customers. One negative is that I could not customize the box.
What we did not enjoy was the fact that we could not resize the pop up box on the website.

The implementation of this program was very easy to set up and make live. After testing the program before launching the new site, we had to reach out to customer service with a few questions. Elli was phenomenal to work with! She quickly addressed our concerns and found a solution that resolved the issue. The level of checks and balances that are built into this program to help avoid user misuse of the rewards program was well designed and developed.

Using the rewards program with the referral program provides cohesion to a strong customer incentive program implementation.

Due to Elli's care, attention to detail and followup; our marketing of this program is able to proceed without any delay.
