I had this app for a little over a year, and it was great. It wasn't until a couple months ago my store started to slow down. Many factors in my speed test pointed to this app. I reached out to CS, they assured me all was fine. But today i decided to remove the app, and my website has improved so much speed wise. I dont know what the issue was, maybe a bug. I don't know. But sadly i had to remove this app from my store.

Not only a good app, but also good customer service. :)
So far so good. However, I wish there were gift incentives and the option for multiple tier paid memberships. Implementing either/both would make this 5 stars.

I really love Sweet Tooth because it is a great way to keep track of and reward your loyal customers, and new ones as well!
Basic referral functionality doesn't limit to first-time customers. Referrals can't be offered as point values, and aren't fully integrated with the point earning/spending experience. Their support team misunderstands issues right and left, leaving me with 9+ email chains to troubleshoot simple problems.
We really enjoy Smile! It’s a bit on the expensive side (but what good programs aren’t?), but the customer service is great and the app is extremely easy to navigate within Shopify.
Our only complaint is the inability to exclude products/services from EARNING points. We have some services were we make only 20% commission, yet our customers receive full rewards points. The only work around is to manually subtract points from customer accounts after they pay (not ideal). A work around given to me by the extremely helpful and friendly service rep, Andrea, was to specify collections that would be eligible to have rewards APPLIED. While helpful if we are concerned about how the rewards are used, we are more concerned about making sure we have the ability to control what can earn points in the first place. This is a very specific problem for a niche business like our (a quilt shop), but just an FYI!
We still plan to use Smile and will likely just have to increase reward thresholds to ensure we’re not just handing out rewards like crazy!

First of all, Nicole was AWESOME today and very helpful with our Klaviyo/Smile points integration. Separately, IMO, Smile.io is not seamless. We wish referral code(s) for more straight forward and easier for customers to share & use. Also, no landing page integration is a miss.
