System works great and the customer service/support is second to none. Always coming out with new features. Couldn't be happier.
App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excellent app, integration with Shopify is easy and thorough. Has a positive effect on sales and retention. Direct integration with the new-style checkout is a boost for conversion.

Excellent documentation, easy to set up and customize. Support is responsive and helpful. New features released fairly often. Much more affordable than some of their competitors for more features. Easily integrates with most major marketing and reviews software.
