We use Shopify (Symmetry)for our women's fashion store and the Smile app works well for us.
We recently requested help with accessing loyalty points more quickly at the till point and the Smile team provided swift and clear instructions.

This app works pretty great. The only complaint that I have is that the starter plan has a really low maximum number of monthly orders, only being 500, but I love it besides that.
Also, Shelby - the person I talked to for getting help - was so nice and helpful!
It's also a great app if you use Klaviyo :)

It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league.
Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

The customer service and chat response is great. Lynn did a great job solving my problem. When the data that I needed wasn't present on the dashboard, she sent me everything I needed in a raw data file - great for analysis! Dashboard could be a bit more descriptive of the data presented.
We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.

We've been using Smile now for a couple of years and have been very pleased with our choice. We are on the basic plan and it has everything we need. They've also just added some new functionality for redeeming through POS which is fantastic since we just opened a retail location. Anytime we've had any issues or questions, they've been very quick to respond and helpful. Lisa was great and gave me exactly what I needed to know to fix my issue. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is that the POS redemption option could be a bit more seamless but I'm sure in time that will come.

Smile is a great program, though the price is a lot for me as a small business, so I have downgraded back to the free one. I had it for about a year on the paid plan. I would prefer a yearly cost so hopefully once my sales have grown to over 100 orders a month they will have this option.
