The promise made by the app is True when you actually experience it.
Everything worked well, from Flows, to Cod confirmation to Abandoned Cart msgs.

Overall great app, The best part is their Team, Really helpful people, really care about their clients.

This app is easy to setup and is the perfect choice for those that want the "Abandon Cart Recovery feature" or more control than that Shopify already offered.

It would be better if this app also allows me to target only the country I want.

The app has best sms rates when compared with others. Overall apps functionality is good enough. Great experience

Last 1-2 months, our Admin number has stopped receiving messages. This was an indication that our customers are receiving messages without issue. But the credits are being deducted. I sent an email, no response from Support. Poor Support.

I am using this App for my newly launched store. Have bought few messages. It is not sending messages for Order Creation and Order Fulfillment eventhough I have enabled them. But the amount is getting deducted for last 2 days. Update

This problem was rectified by the support team. Now it is working fine. It would be better if there is an option to send personalised messages to a specific customer or any Tag based customisation.

Tha app satisfied my needs for an option of abandon carts' sales notification. For now it's working for my store.

Great app. Helped me send confirmation SMS to my customers. Sometimes the SMS is not sent but mostly it works fine.
