So far, my experience with Printy6 has been very positive. I’ve had several pairs of shoes produced through them, and the quality has been comparable to well-known name brands they replicate. Based on the consistency and craftsmanship I’ve received so far, I plan to continue using them as a provider as long as they maintain this level of quality.
I’ve been using Printy6 for about 3–4 months now, and I’m very satisfied. They have the widest selection of POD products I’ve seen, especially when it comes to all-over prints – something many other providers don’t offer.
I’ve also contacted their customer service twice, and each time I received a quick and, most importantly, competent response.
The products I’ve tested so far (sneakers) are of really good quality. I’ll be checking out more products step by step.
One thing I would love to see in the future: curtains in the product range.
So far so good. I find the interface of the website - user friendly, it's comfortable to use, navigate, create mockups,upload them to the website. Good variety of choices, good quality, modern design of the clothing, good models for the mock ups. I would recommend to add - Edit option once the product is created, could not find it and I think I can't make changes after the product is published to the website - which could be nice if I can change. I've order the microfiber bed set and I like it - the quality of fabric, the print is good
Been using them for 6 months now, only for shoes. Have good reviews on them. Everything is OK......until something goes wrong. Customer support is non existing. Have 2 pair of shoes returned to warehouse right after they were shipped. The customers address is correct as I already sold to them. Contacted Printy6 already several times, through their contact form, also directly mailed them, and replied to the confirmation mails with request number you get when you mail them (so the excuse they never received my messages are not valid). No answer at all, although stated on their site they reply within 24 hours. Seriously considering leaving them...
UNABLE TO DELIVER NEW DRESSES
Ordered 5 dresses on Jan 22, 2023, at 02:54:11am, and the dresses were still in production on Mar 3, 2023, at 12:35 am. I will keep updating this review until the dresses are shipped.
Printy6 added new dress silhouettes to their catalog. And they advertise in writing a fulfillment time of 3 to 4 days. However, they are unable to fulfill dresses within this time frame. I placed an order for dresses on Aug 9th, and I didn't receive them until Sep 19th. It took a month to fulfill the order of only 3 outfits and about 2 weeks to deliver. When the outfit finally arrived, they were well-made and packaged in a presentable way. I placed a second order and requested information about the fulfilment time but I have been ignored.
I have had an item "in production" for 14 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated, Printy 6 help is non-existent. They replied to this review but still have not relied to the support ticket that was "created" on my behalf.

Plenty of options, including white sneakers you can customize. The site is easy to use, great for starter brands.
I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated.
I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words.
I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform.
Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner.
Please do better.
I like the products and the app, but I wish there was a clearer explanation on how payment and orderers are processes. I have gave up on many companies, including Printful, for not being fully honest about the quality of their products, their orders processing or their refund policy. However, my time is often wasted creating products that then need to be deleted. So I am not sure Printy6 is better, but so far it does offer more quality and simplicity, which is good.
The shipping takes a bit too long, but at least the shoes are great!
