I've been using this app for a few months. The idea is brilliant but there are quite a few bugs to beware of. The support is pretty responsive but it takes them ages to iron out bugs as they pop up. When we launched our program the Klaviyo integration didn't work properly at all and it took 4 weeks for them to actually make it work. They have "creatives/emails" that you can send using their platform but the text is really gamie and you can't change it. I recently noticed they started sending automated emails to customers even though the settings were off. It's confusing for our customers as they get a Klaviyo email and then a crappy social snowball one too encouraging them to make an account in their platform -another thing that really should be store brand able. I mentioned it to support 3 weeks ago and thought they turned it off only to find it was still on. If your a small store that doesn't really need a product to have a strong branded experience this app can do the job. If you want to customise your messaging and touchpoints to be a smooth experience unfortunately this app needs more focus and dev support. Also support is based in Asia but works on California time so if your not there expect waiting the whole day for a response. I'm giving this a 3 as they do listen but the fact that customer facing bugs pop up and stay around for more than a week is painful as you're trying to build an e-commerce experience that rocks.

Well-designed app with a very good support team! I needed help with setting up and integration and they offered to hop on a call and walk me through it that very second! Problem solved!

This app has solved our affiliate marketing needs! Super simple & clean design and awesome support. Best way to increase your bottom line pretty easily. I definitely would recommend this to anyone running an e-commerce business.

It's been almost a month since I integrated Social Snowball into my business, and I'm impressed by how friendly & helpful the staff has been, how user-friendly their platform is. Shoutout for Duass for helping me out during the on-boarding process, by setting up goals, answering all of my questions, scheduling follow-up sessions to review the progress. Can't recommend this app enough!

This app is a great way to get additional revenue. We have been running affiliate programs at scale but always had issues simplifying the process for our devs, this does just that. Great work team.

Amazing app! Literally was able to set up in less than 5 minutes. This app is a no brainer if your trying to come up on a $bag. Also is great for natural brand exposure and promotes word of mouth marketing. Which we all know is the most powerful!
