I will rate this app a five star!! The process has saved me a lot of time with invoicing! Joe is patient, helpful and keeps us updated about the app! I scan the products, pull the orders, and I can clean up after the live, take pictures or go to bed, etc. Before it would take 2 hours or more creating and pulling orders... The app creates the invoice for you and sends them out the time frame you set and sends a reminder as well. If you have been thinking about it.. Go for it. It's worth you time, energy and brings the fun back into your business!
This app is definitely a game-changer for my business. I no longer have to spend hours sending invoices, going back and forth with customers to remove items that they've claimed, or constantly informing them of all of the items they've claimed. This app has not only given me my time back but has also helped me organize my inventory with a numbering system. The support is 100% unlike any other apps that I've used, Joe is amazing with his communication and availability to assist. I've received nothing but positive feedback from my customers since switching to this app, they love it and how it gives them control which enhances their experience.
I LOVE this app! Easy to set up, easy to use, customer love the convenience of being able to comment exactly what they want as well as pay there invoices as soon as the show is over! Thats one of my favorite features as well! I don’t have to go back and invoice everyone! I would recommend this app to anyone!!
Joe is absolutely phenomenal! He’s efficient and professional. Any issue I’ve ever has been resolved. Any inquiries are always answered via email and the system itself is so convenient

I had been researching for commenting systems to help me streamline my invoicing plus to serve as an easy transition for my customers. After six months I decided to try SoldLive. It was the best decision for my business. It is very easy and simple to use. I recommend SoldLive to any busy that uses social media as a shopping platform. It is a great administrative tool to assist with back-office functions. Joe and his team provide excellent customer service and provide one on one zoom trainings as well as YouTube videos. I never go live, as in absolutely NEVER. But that's the best part about this app. I use it in my VIP group for destashes, VIP only items, etc so that I don't have to manually invoice anything. It's amazing and Joe is always there to help almost immediately. He is willing to research and customize features as well. He's always looking to improve the system and resolve any issues.

I have been running my boutique on Facebook for the last 4 years and have been trying to figure out ways to make it an easier checkout process, as well as not having to spend 10 hours a day invoicing my customers. This App is like an employee that can invoice for me all day, and now I have time to concentrate on other aspects of my business. The company is really great to work with and is constantly looking for ways to improve and help our business.

I love the simplicity of it. I am able to add my products prior to my live or on the spot. I love that the app invoices my customers for me. This app has helped me tremendously. The stress of invoicing and checking on customers invoices to see if they are paid or not has been eliminated and I can be more present as a mom, wife and teacher! I have struggled lately with the app ending suddenly but not too concerned about it as Joe has been helpful along the way and I’m confident will help me resolve this issue
I LOVE this system. It is not cumbersome or complicated as some alternatives are; no synching inventory or having to deal with accounting/money in several places. Way easier for customers too!! I love that it keeps customers on my site and they don't have to agree to anything or sign up or anything like that. They are used to the ShopPay and checking out on my site, and this allows them to continue to do that. I have a brick and mortar too and this allows all my inventory to seamlessley synch, all my customer/income data to be in one place and that is just a beautiful thing! This is just so simple I'm excited to have found you. I look forward to the features coming!
Thanks for your review! Yes it doesn't make sense to adopt a separate shopping cart system along with a separate mobile app just to do your live sales. Our goal is to automate your current workflow, and not make you or your customers change existing behaviors. No Facebook jail ever with our app either :)
