It does exactly what it says on the tin. It was easy to install, easy to customize, and easy to use. Frankly surprising considering how shockingly expensive some other return management apps are.

The clicksit app has enabled us to automate the entire return process. Using the app with CollectPlus return labels has allowed us to offer a professional fully tracked return experience for our customers.

Fantastic app for any UK seller - easy to use platform for customers to use and admin for us. Various options such as paid for/customer to pay for labels and they are constantly looking to make improvements. Great support team too.

Does what it should. Nice portal for our customers, easy to install and use and organizes all our returns!
My only wish would be a "refund by one click" function, which really refunds via shopify and not just marks the order in the app as refunded :)

Only just started out with this app, but it's been a doddle to set up
(we got some first class support from the excellent Jodie), and its up and running straight away. Just literally processed our first returns today. For us we only do large envelopes, so its a shame there isn't a smaller low cost option - but - its been great so far for us and will / has helped simplify our previously over complicated returns process. Def Recommended
