I've only had this app for a few days. I needed help with coding and Alex was amazing! He even took the initiative to ask if I needed a few other things fixed because it may affect my offers through this app. Alex was quick, efficient, and updated me throughout the process explaining things clearly. Really good app, works well (a few minor issues but mainly caused by Shopify limitations and our ambitions). I love how easy it is to get assistance though, it takes no time at all to get a resolution to a problem from real people who know what they're doing. Recommended.

A-mazing, I was stunned with a smashing response from these guys. I asked if it was possible to modify my pop ups and text, and rather than send me to some help page, they actually offered to do it for me right away.
As a result I have a better performing offers and pop ups, my team and customers are much happier with the whole set up.
