Sooo yeah I needed help again... and omg I was scared bc it wasn't Arya this time... but Luis was my customer service rep this time and he was just a patient as Arya was. Even though he didn't have to he checked for himself to make sure everything was working and that my discounts would work properly, These guys are the best... I dont have to wait to talk to someone... I really do love Carecart, you really do have a customer for life!!

The app is easy to use and configure and a great way to add customer engagement. Tech support with some initial set up issues and challenges has been good. It would be great if the loading time for the wheel was quicker but understand as an add on this might be difficult.
Update: I update my rating due to the excellent attention of the support team, they approached me and solved the issue of inadequate charge, the app has actually worked very well for us and is excellent to use and intuitive for the user.
