DO NOT USE SPOCKET. I've cancelled for two months now, received confirmation from TWO of their support team members on separate occassions saying my cancellation was confirmed and for both months I've been charged the monthly fee! The first month I got refunded and had them confirm with IT to ensure the cancellation went through, they said it did. Yet I was charged again. Ridiculous. Generic items and suppliers lie about where they're shipping from. DON'T USE SPOCKET!!

I tried to use this app. And I suggest everyone NOT TO USE THIS APP AND BE CAREFUL.
I add some items (which should be shipped from US) from this app into my shopify store. After I sold some of those those items I saw that supplier doesnt really ship from US but ships from China.
My customer saw this too and asked me for refund and told me she wont ever buy from my store again..
I asked spocket "support" to solve this problem but the only answer I am getting from them every single day is that they "are sorry" about this.
I dont really understand how can Shopify approve such a frauds..
I really DO NOT recommend this app.

While most of our vendors are based and located in the US, Canada and Europe, we do have suppliers that who hail from other regions as well. We have always been clear as to where the items will be hailing from and their origin was never hidden from view.

This platform is worthless. They do not have any hot selling items that can be sourced in the USA with fast shipping. They take too long to process orders for them to be shipped out efficiently. The upgrading plans are just a money grab. Even at the highest level plan the items are still not hot selling products. The have a less than 25 items per category that are deemed "Premium". Most of the items are Drop Shipped off of Aliexpress at a higher cost price compare to this platform. I have done my research and can say that this platform is a complete waste of your time to even try out.

Scammy! Good concept but very bad execution.
Oberlo is a million times better plus it's totally free for up to 500 products! This is $49 a month and product prices are too high.
Their "Wholesale" prices and shipping often add up to higher than suggested retail with slim profit margins, if any. There are no reviews on products or any of the suppliers. They still have a lot of work to get it where it needs to be imo. Maybe they need the cash from the trapped annual subscribers!
BEWARE if you sign up for the annual plan there are no REFUNDS whatsoever. Knowing what I know now I would have rather lost $49 for a month than paid $348 for the year and realized it was not for me after a month. And it constantly tries to get you to upgrade to the Empire Plan for $828 - so annoying!! My issue is finding good products to sell - I found a good seller but they don't ship to the U.S from Canada - well forget that...helloooo?! SO MANY of the other goods can be sourced for much less elsewhere or the consumer can buy it often for half the price with a simple Google search. Otherwise there is a really limited inventory with the smaller sellers (like they only have size small and XL or they have 10 pieces of something). They say the advantage is they automate the process. Well well and good but if there is no merchandise I can sell there is nothing to automate. There are also no reviews on the products or sellers.
Concept is good but they have quite a ways to go. Only good thing has been their customer service which is always responsive and helpful but alas their hands are tied by management. Too bad they have to lure people into the annual plan (comes to 'ONLY' $29/month vs $49/month) to get them to stay a customer. In hindsight would have rather spent that money on advertising. Caveat Emptor.
Update: I checked out Grey Zeus since I had received an email from Spocket about them as a new US supplier. I am desperately trying to find something usable to sell but spending FAR TOO LONG on it with no success! So as one example their simple Kara Tank Top is $25.50 wholesale (twice as much as I would spend myself as a consumer) and shipping is $10 for a little tank top that weighs nothing. Total = $35.50 and the recommended Sales Price is $34? So I'm negative before even marking anything up! For a 30% profit margin that tank would have to sell for $48. And so on with all their products - does anyone even look at this to see that it makes any sense at all or the suppliers put anything they want and charge any price for shipping or otherwise? Far too many products have a higher wholesale price than is available retail with a simple Google search. I just don't get it!
And I'm even afraid that anyone buys anything I have listed from Spocket as I hear there are too many fulfillment issues with suppliers.

The WORST customer service ever seen! A customer placed and order 3 weeks ago, I had to ask them at least 10 times why wasnt the order shipped. After a long back and forth. They cancelled the order because they just realized that the supplier cannot ship to my customers country (the country is not on the list of countries that the supplier can not ship). So it took them 3 weeks to check the status of my order.
Even they didnt know what they were doing, in one of the multiple emails, they told me that the supplier was going to ship ASAP, but 3 days after they cancelled the order.
If you wnat to grow your store, stay away from this app, you can not contact the suppliers, you have to do it through them, and they are the worst at communicating your needs. They dont take things personal, with this issue, every email I sent, was answered by someone different, but I'm pretty sure its just multiple bots answering, they dont read what you request.

Had my first order through Spocket and already I'm having issues. The vendor name for the order and the company that charged my Paypal account are two different companies in two different countries. I brought my concern up to Spocket and all they said is their Operations team "investigated" and didn't find anything wrong. Meanwhile, Paypal investigated and said it was a fraudulent charge, refunded me and set up two factor authentication to avoid this happening again.
Spocket has done NOTHING to make this right. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam! Look at the other 1 star reviews, not the other reviews that are clearly fake.

Be careful!!!!!! I ordered sample products from the list of USA suppliers on May 10. It took almost a month for the samples to arrive. I called customer service requesting an update on the status of my order. Customer service did not reply right away with the status. When they responded they told me my package was coming from China. Mind you All of the suppliers I ordered from were to be USA base because I did not want the shipping time for my customers to be long. When the order arrived on June 6 it was not what I order and did not look like the picture. I wish I could upload the pictures of what was sent to me. The merchandise was poorly made and looks like something you would give a child to play dress up. So I say again BE CAREFUL!!! and make sure you order samples before selling to your customers.

I would give this app N0 stars if possible. I'm just starting a new online shop and because of this company's major lack of communication and priorities, my store's reputation is being jeapordized. It's been almost 1 week since I've tried to have an order fulfilled and after simply rquesting a tracking number or just a simple response at all, I've only received a couple worthless responses... NO TRACKING # or even a status update on the order. Trying to communicate with this company is nearly impossible because it's so rare to even get a single reply even though they say "usually replies within 2 hours" LOL! Yeah, right... more like you'll be lucky if they even reply at all and if they do, it's 2 days later. One of the employees told me that they are fulfilling hundreds of orders and that's why it's taking long. That's such a sorry, unprofessional excuse and that alone lets me know that my business means absolutely NOTHING and therefore not a priority. I've tried contacting the developer of Spocket, no reply.... SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!

Update 2: I am lowering to 1 star after sale experience
Update 1: I am updating my review lower for these reasons
A sale of a product that was listed as shipping from Canada was actually shipped from China and never reached the customer. The first issue is that if the source was correctly specified, we could have kept the customer informed of the timelines. Second issue is that there was a chargeback because the customer did not receive the product, which happens once in a while for China shipments. Spocket team was not able to do anything or refund the product cost. So we lost both ways, one to the customer for non receipt chargeback, and also the payment to Spocket. Since they have no ownership, and we cant talk to the product seller directly to resolve issues, it takes forever and this app is a waste of time and money. Just use Oberlo or other China product interfaces.
1. Depth of product offerings are low for my industry. However it may be good for other shops so no harm in trying out
2. The margins appear good, but if you do a deep search you will find that many products are available at lower retail than suggested. It may be good to start with, but eventually you will be tempted to move out of the app and build your own relationships with wholesale companies just to be competitive in the market, let alone save the monthly cost - always look at annual outflow of an app cost even if it looks fine on monthly basis.
3. Proves review counts and ratings do not paint the true picture. In this case you get a free month if you give a 5 star rating, so most people who install will give a 5 star rating in the first few days itself to get the free month, which leads to a ton of reviews done by people who have not experimented with the app, products and prices.
4. Having said that the app itself works fine, if they can sign up more wholesalers, avoid double dipping and reduce their margin on the products and rely on the monthly fee they may become competitive
I will be removing this app.
