This app is absolutely terrible . Today is June 24, 2020. I have placed about 88 orders with spocket & their suppliers. Over 50 of them have no updates on shipping in 5 weeks. I have people emailing me everyday about orders. STAY AWAY. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The customer service DOES NOT REPLY. Imagine more than half your orders not being shipped? I am seeking legal help. They basically STOLE MY MONEY and do not reply. Their suppliers ARE NOT FROM THE USA. They are all from CHINA. This app is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE

The most amazing support team is working for Spocket. Without them, I would have uninstalled this app a month ago. Russell, Edrielle, Irene, Earl, Prinz: They have all been absolutely amazing in solving my issue with the supplier, technical issues, and helping me get set up.
The 5 stars are mainly for the team working at Spocket, but also for the attempt at being active within Europe (they still need more European suppliers).
I would like to give some criticism regarding the product editor. Editing the description and prices through Spocket can be a nightmare because of bugs. Once you learn how to circumvent them though it works okay. I would recommend just using the Shopify product description editor instead, and keeping a local backup as well.

I use the spocket app to help me migrate products to my webstore. I really like how easy it is to navigate and edit headings , descriptions and variants.
so it can resonate with buyers more. The help team is wonderful !!! Since I am new to ever using this sort of app. Will rate the spocket app 99.9%

Wide selection of suppliers and good options for products. Pretty easy to use and for the most part efficient. Some processing/shipping times may vary depending on who you use so to be aware of that. Otherwise completely automated and I like that I can have my own branding.

Really great site with plenty of options. The only difficulty I've had is there not being standardized shipping rates resulting in having to set up a shipping profile for each vendor.
