I use this app to help supply my e commerce store. Great response and quick shipping. The variety of selection is great.
I was looking for dropshipping suppliers in the US that offers reasonable price for dropshippers. This marketplace has great potential
I've not started using yet as the prices plus shipping seems too expensive to make a decent profit...
Thanks for sharing your initial experience with us! We certainly hope you can check out our filter in the search page that shows suppliers with free shipping. We also have another filter for products under $5 that searches for items below that mentioned amount. Our support team would love to get in touch and hopefully guide you through the system. This app is not meant for you to make lots of money. It is designed to make the app owners and suppliers money. You have little choices in products and the prices are typically set at a percentage that prices you out of the market.
The plan prices are average, I can't say they are super expensive or cheap.
They don't properly vet the suppliers as many of them are simply dropshipping products as well, communication with many of them was more difficult then it should have been (2-3 weeks) and when you inquire about this to Spocket, sometimes I wouldn't hear back from them at all!? In the end, I would have to send follow-up emails to Spocket to remind them..
There IS money in dropshipping but this isn't it.

We do have more than a million products and thousands of suppliers right now but all our suppliers are required to provide a 25-35% profit margin on all their listings. If you feel this is not being provided, we're more than happy to get it rectified. It is definitely unacceptable to not get the proper customer service you deserve. I did not wanted to continue with the dropshipping with spocket because of some personal reasons. So i contacted spocket customer service through live chat.I had a great experience with Rohini from Spocket's customer service. She confirmed the cancellation of my subscription efficiently and was extremely polite and friendly throughout the process. Very user friendly with great items. I look forward to this as an alternative to AliExpress because shipping seems to be more stable here based on reviews.

Customer Service is fantastic. Selection is good and changes/updates frequently. I wish they would secure their suppliers for longer periods of time. It is frustrating to have product disappear in the middle of ad campaigns.
