To not get charged by their not so upfront approach, you need to set your password within the app after downloading. It will not accept your Shopify password. Set a password in Spocket and then continue to cancel.
Thanks for the feedback! If the Spocket account was created within Shopify, then it automatically logs you in when you access the account from your Shopify but if you create the account directly with Spocket, then it should prompt you to setup a password first. As you know, Spocket integrates with other platforms as well which is why we have that option. Rest assured though that just like any other subscription trials, you will not get charged as long as you cancel/downgrade before the free trials ends should you choose not to continue. Super easy to find products and customize description and price. I like the shipping times are less than 30 days.

Useless if you want to share the dropshipping products on your website with your existing products as the shipping times do not correspond to the shipping times/shipping costs I have set on my webpage. Customer service didn't have a solution other than "match your shipping times to ours" well that's useless because my normal products need to share the same shipping times at checkout and do not take as long as in transit as yours. Cancelled the app yet they still charged me $60AUD and will not refund me, even though I did not even use the app for more than a day. DO NOT recommend.

THIS is a good app. it helped me get my store started. was simple and easy to use. I recommend you to use this app.
Used the app for about a week trying to get it to sync while working with their customer service daily to trouble shoot. They couldn't get it to work. It was suggested that I sign up for an annual plan and still no luck. After 4 days of wasted time, I asked for a refund and part ways. They fought it and only issued a partial refund due to "policy." That policy should only be in force when their product would actually work. It should be criminal what they did. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is a great app. I like the fact that there are items that can come with quick shipping 1-3days. I just couldn't find enough toys that would suite my business but I would recommend to others who are looking for the items you are selling. Thank you

I think its a waste of time and amateur to the fullest. Ive searched everything from belt to ieans to t-shirts and every single page it says ive reached the end of the products. they have under 100 items that make no point. The support and response time is horrible. I emIled friday and just literally got a response 10 min agao. iTs now 8am. Dont do it its a waste of time and energy.

Overpriced non-name brand products for twice the price of name brand department stores. After paying hundreds into ads, not a single sale. Thank you for the trial but I will not be purchasing this.
