haven't made a single sale, good luck with yours! while wasting 105 per month to add products,most take 15 days to come from China, even the ones that say ship from USA take 7 days , very little o no margin for profit when you calculate shipping, and ridiculously overpriced products that are being sold all over the internet for much less.
We are sorry to know about your situation! We certainly understand the frustration of not being able to make a sale immediately. Please note that our suppliers are required to give 25-35% profit margin on all their listings. It is true that you may see similar products being sold on the internet for less but they are usually not of the same quality or could be a similar but an entirely different product. A lot of factors need to be considered indeed. We would love to have been able to provide you with tips and guidance on how to select the perfect products for your store and how to sell them. We're sad that we were not able to get that chance but we are hopeful that we can work together in the future as we want all our merchants to succeed! Spocket didn’t meet my business needs just yet as more choices needed for my type of business. But I found the ease of use with Shopify, the ability to pause and reactivate, then cancellation ( hopefully not for long)!, all features very useful. I needed support and Lorena helped me immediately. I hope to be back

SCAM
Extremely bad. their support is ubsolutely terrible, they dont even know what to do,they dont know their job,they dont know how to deal with issues. they read the messeges and they dont reply for ours or even days!
i ordered a product from a supplier named ''jasper'' and is been a month and he hasn't delivered it yet. support from jasper dont refund me and they also dont know what to do because the supplier doesnt answer to them! Spoket you are a SCAM!

This is in response to your reply below. We have been working with your support staff for now 14 days every day chatting for hours at end to resolve this one issue.
I am not sure of the intentions but I have paid for a full year and seems you cannot fix the issue, then refund our money... Simple.
Have already lost 1 month for which I have paid.
Take responsibility.
I would give ZERO stars if one could...
They take money upfront and then when their platform does not work or even push products to our shopify store, they do not fix issues. We have spent over 100 hours and still no resolution.
The management does not even bother.
Sad. I hope we will get our money back. As I think its a scam. And for products they are pushing Aliexpress / china shipper for most ???

I love the app so far, although I haven't had any sales yet. Customer support (Leah) was very helpful in setting up my products.

UPDATE: The customer service for Spocket was very responsive and was able to escalate my membership charge and process a refund. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and were committed to my resolution. While the service was not for me, the customer service focus showed me that they were committed to their customers and their satisfaction. While I would not give them a 5 since I did not find the service useful, the commitment they showed does warrant a 4 and is worth taking the 14 days to find out if it would work for your store. This drop shipper vendor was not for me. I felt the selection of products was lacking in the US warehouses. During my short time of use, I was not able to find products that fit my store brand in any of the US warehouses. I was also unable to get the AliExpress Connector to work, but to be fair, I did not take the time to call support to figure out why. I did not feel the cost of goods was competitive to my other dropship suppliers and on top of that had to pay subscription. This is probably a fine application for some who sells the products they warehouse, but it did not work for me. I had a slight complication when I tried to cancel the service.

Their Customer Service is one of the best that we have seen in Shopify's app store. They show us that they really care about us and want to take care of our concerns to make certain we are successful. It's all in the family and that is the way that they treat you--just like a loving family.

Just started using the app recently. Just had 2 more orders today and they are so easy to process. Curious to see how fast the shipping is on these 2 items. The first 2 I ordered were a little slow. So far so good though.
