I had a concern with some information on one of my customer orders. I submitted a chat request for support to Shopify, and Melvin was quick to help me resolve my concern. There are other options for dropshipping, but Spocket has engaging inventory and reliable suppliers. It has been a pleasure to this point and I don't see why it should change anytime soon.

I have had a great experience with Spocket. They have a wide variety of suppliers and products including EU US UK and Aliexpress.
The customer service is best. The team reply instantly and is happy to guide you if you are new to dropshipping. I thank and appreciate everyone in the customer service team. especially, Rohini, who helped me with some troubleshooting and was patient and followed up until everything was solved. I recommend this app and give it 10 stars instead of 5. I will renew for sure next year.

The app is easy to use to locate your products. I'd recommend adding additional search features to allow locating particular products - otherwise a great app.
