So far we have been using this app for our hoodies and we have had nothing but good experiences. Samples took a little long to get to us but when customers place orders they receive them in just a few days. Thank you!
I want to start off by saying I love this company, the products the quality the customer service, and all are top tier. But my biggest gripe is the shipping, i understand that the price of shipping depends on (Shipping price is based solely upon order value ). Is there a way that I could work around this? I find it unfair for customers to pay 100 dollars for two items, for example, 2 hoodies valued at 50 dollars, then to have to pay taxes as well as 17 dollars for shipping. Why is the shipping so high ?? if an item is valued at 100.01 dollars then having to pay 28.75 for shipping is absurd.
Ita a great app, youd get 5 stars and be my "goto" app if you printed png on the sleeves? Thats all!

Thank you for your review! PNG on sleeves is indeed tricky, since our printers cannot do DTG - which is the only available printing technique for pixel graphic print - on sleeves yet. We hope to be able to offer this in the future, though.
SPOD hinterlegte in einer Bestellung meiner Kundin eigene Werbematerial. Das ist einfach traurig und unverantwortlich. Stattdessen sollte SPOD ermöglichen, dass Verkäufer ihre Pakete mehr personalisieren können und somit die Qualität steigern. Das kennt man bei anderen Betreibern auch schon. * Update: SPOD-Mitarbeiter haben sich zeitnah gemeldet und den Fehler beseitigt. Solche Proaktivität kann man nur willkommen heißen. Ich hoffe, eine Personalisierung der Paketen wird bald kommen.

So far its been great. Maybe add new logos. And add few more varieties of products to customize.

I think you need to add more products to your catalog for instance Phone cases and more, also the shipping rate isn't well configurated and at the highest price compared to other solutions. in mean phases, the app is very well designed and offers good functionality.

Concerning the shipping: we try to of course offer the most competitive prices possible and actually reduced the shipping on orders with 1 and 2 items last year, as this is the cart size of the vast majority of the orders we receive, to offer SPOD users the best price possible. If you want to have a different pricing strategy for your customers, you could consider increasing the product prices to cover for part of the shipping or all of it and then offer the customers free or reduced shipping costs. I love the printing Quality of the products, the fast production time SPOD have, recently I received some samples and I'm in love. Should be better with a better quality Mockup Generator for better look of the product before publishing in the store

Beautiful app, decently large selection with quality products. One of the best shipping costs and times out there, highly recommend. Only issue I've had was a lack of colors/products that I personally would want, such as all over print, or pants for example. If you want a reliable source, use SPOD.
