Our experience have been really great. The whole team is responsive to the queries and helps. We previously were using another WhatsApp automation tool which were really difficult and buggy.

Definitely one of the most useful tools we have come across as a brand, both the chat automations and customer support provided by them are great.
The app doesn't work as promised - the flows keep giving errors every second day. Its extremely unreliable and unstable.
The worst part is when you reach out to their support - they don't respond for multiple days and the issues remain open forever.
When they respond, they give you a timeline which is never adhered.
Extremely unprofessional attitude by the team and a very poor product - not recommended at all.

1. All the flow failing issues were fixed on our call at 1:30 PM, Monday, 2nd December 2024.
2. The Facebook automation not working issue you faced on 4th December was actually a Meta bug: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/1279188616611168/
As soon as the bug was fixed, we retried all the failed executions to avoid any revenue loss from Facebook automations.
3. A summary of all the issues and respective resolutions also has been mailed to you

After trying so many api providers, finally, I got the right one, Spur. They have a very simple dashboard and excellent customer support for any issues. I am really very impressed with their services. Special thanks to Mr. Royal for prompt reply and support.
