Managing Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs was always a pain, thankfully we got to know about Spur and downloaded it immediately! There are a lot of good things about this app -
1) The automation features are perfect and work seamlessly
2) The onboarding is super simple and most of the things are already done, it took us 3 minutes to connect everything and set up
3) The most important part is the Spur team, they are super responsive, always working on new things and available to help with all doubts! Genuinely impressed by the app, people and services!

Amazing app and a fantastic team! Their automation has helped us generate sales from our Instagram engagement and made our customer support efficient by taking care of simple/repetitive queries. Their WhatsApp API integration is also best for cart recovery, broadcasts, etc. It’s easy to set up, and we get all the data from sales to interaction for each campaign we run through them. 100% recommended!

A great app to increase revenue with features like Whatsapp and Instagram DMs cart recovery. Also, we love their automated comments feature on Instagram and Facebook posts for pricing details.

Spur is genuinely a good app, both in terms of features and the excellent support they provide. They have a range of features that make operations easier like sending product recommendations to consumers who comment, and accessing customer queries on different social media platforms on one page. Would definitely recommend this app if you own a business with a wide product range, and you have a presence across different social media platforms.

This product is truly exceptional! We experienced conversions immediately from the moment we started using it. The customer service is outstanding, providing world-class assistance. Whenever I had issue with Facebook and Instagram integrations, they offered to help me immediately and guide me through every step by jumping on a call with me. I have always received solution for all issues immediately I'm eagerly anticipating the new features that they will be releasing in the future. Started the journey with Spur when they kicked off and love to see the add in new features so quick and easy, love the UI/ UX of the software, its very easy to use and train other team mates too. I love the COD confirmation flow and the cart recovery feature, helps to really boost sales. They've got an amazing team of support, glad to be connected with Spur.
