Great Customer Service from Khaled
Overall very simple and easy to use. App can run into issues from time to time though there are plenty of agents who are available to help.
I have been working with Thea to sync my products, my inventory, and contact names to Square. She is absolutely fabulous to work with.
Thea is very professional, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable about how to expedite this process for me. I felt very confident with her on the way she has communicated with me along the way to get the project done for me.
I was quite uncertain how this would carry over & it is very important to me to accomplish this. SHe recommended I relax while the process is completing - this was the BEST ever becasue I am always so nervous to do anything like this with my website. I want it done w/o flaws - totally made me feel extremely confident !
I highly HIGHLY recommend Thea as an exceptional rep! She is the best !

Seriously the best service I have ever received! They were available on chat to help me whenever I needed (all hours of day and night!) to guide me through the process. I used this service well over 10x and they successfully answered my questions each time. A+

Best customer service ever so far. I was setting up the app and an agent was helping me straight away. so far, all is good!
Mohammed was fantastic to work with as my customer success representative. He worked with us for hours as we uploaded and merged our inventory. We really couldn't have understood it all without his help. It was so easy!

Square Sync has been a lifesaver! We often run pop up events for our store and this app allows us to sync our Shopify products in real time to our Square device. We no longer have to manually remove products off of the site after an event. Big thank you to Tony who has always responded to our enquiries in a timely manner and with politeness. Would most definitely recommend this app!
