Installed the app and without even asking I was politely greeted by Joseph Morris. Even though I did not ask for help, Joseph welcomed me to using the app and set everything up for me. App works great. Having been using to sync my Shopify store with physical inventory in Square.
Recently had to swap out Square accounts. Angelica was on customer support and was so helpful. She helped me re-sync all my items with ease and even provided additional support where needed. Definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Angelica!

Quicksync was literally a "quick sync"! Any issues or questions were answered quickly and efficiently with a live customer service agent, which is always a major plus to have assistance from a real person when you need it. I'm happy to have products and inventory automatically syncing!

Had troubles initially. Contacted Chat support Arianne chimed in and was very helpful. We were able to complete the sync. She was quick to listen and come up with a solution for success. Very much appreciate her help and could not have done this without her superlative support and expertise.
