Amazing Service and Seamless Product Import!

Omar has been exceptional. I am new to inventory management and all that goes with it - Omar walks me through what needs to be done, in addition to answering some of my more complicated questions.

The customer service in general is very quick and responsive. Additionally, I often have to leave mid conversation because I have a 4 month old - Omar and the team always follow up via email, keeping me updated on everything. Definitely recommend.

If you care about your inventory, do not use this app.

I contacted support because the inventory sync between one of my 2 locations and Square was not syncing.

I was still slowly ramping up on the product, so only had 4 products synced.

Well that support person managed to wipe out the entire inventory of 700 products. All my inventory was wiped out to zero. I only had 4 product synced and somehow the app felt entitled to wipe out the inventory of every single product I had on Shopify.

This is horrible and could not fix the problem after 4 hours. I could not keep my inventory at zero for longer without any more sale so I deleted the app and now I have to refill inventory manually for 700 products.

Stay away, this is extremely unprofessional app. I had good experience with support the first few times I interacted with them, but at the end of the day, if the app deletes my entire inventory, I can't use it anymore, this is about the single worst thing this app could have done.
