Hem was absolutely amazing and great to work with. He provided exceptional customer service and was able to help me out with our multiple DPL programs and interfaces. Amazing work from the team at DPL Square Integration. My business is starting to scale from Online store to brick and mortar store. I was not impress with Shopify POS in Australia and was leaning towards SQUARE. However I love shopify for e-commerce. So Ive been doing research on how I can work with both. DPL Square Intergration has been a game changer, whilst its not perfect at the start, the team like Shreya, Kusum and Dev has been extra helpful. Fixing and answering my issues promptly. I am about to open the next expansion, so I am looking forward how to intergrate multiple stores whilst keeping the synch possible. Would be nice to see if we can somehow intergrate Shopify in-store credit on SQUARE through some magic or accept giftcard :)

This app has been a lifesaver for our business. We have Shopify and Square and it feels impossible to get them to work together.

The support has been great - Hem especially is very responsive and helpful with simple solutions.

I've been using this app for several months now, and I can say it's flawless and really simple to use.
The most important thing to do is set up from the start which system is the slave and which is the master, after that it's plain sailing, even images are transferred, updates are in real time, new products are transferred with literally a couple of clicks, this app literally saves me hours of work.
It's worth more than 5 stars

What impressed me most wasn’t just the clean interface or the reliability of the features (though both are excellent). It was the people behind it. Support can often feel robotic, but here it felt personal. Kusum guided me with patience through a setup I thought would take days, and Krishna W stepped in with clear, practical solutions when I hit a technical snag. Together, they turned what could have been a frustrating process into something surprisingly smooth.

The staff member was very helpful and willing to solve the issue I faced. The program I used previously did not fix the issue for me, but this company does.

This app is simple, reliable, robust and does exactly what it needs to do. Few but useful options that make syncing smooth and efficient, just what you need. The technical team is very responsive and quick to solve any issues.

The cost is somewhat high, and $29/month is right at the limit of what I can afford for my small business — anything higher would be unfeasible for me. Still, if it helps my business grow, $29/month will definitely be worth it. Thank you for this app!
