Easyteam for Point of Sale

Peter was super helpful with answering many questions that I had regarding charges and where to find billing info. He was patient and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. We communicated using the chat feature and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't stuck chatting with a bot. Overall, using the EasyTeam app has been straight forward and easy to integrate with our Shopify POS. Would recommend!

The app is working well. Support team is great!!! I had an issue with downloading the commissions and they solved it within 2 hours.

I love the ease of this app in my Shopify menu. It makes it easy for my employee to clock in/out. I can check her hours anywhere I am and I can't wait to have a reason to use other features!

Thrilled I found this app. I needed a way to track my employees timesheet and this is super easy to use. The customer service is awesome too…prompt response to all my questions and performed an update for my businesses needs!

I'm still exploring the app and all the functions. Several days in. The response to my questions was amazing! Hannah was super helpful and thorough answering my questions. The app is easy to maneuver.

UPDATE: First customer service was amazing. However, customer service has fallen off to nearly nothing. Changes to app have made it difficult to maintain and make changes to scheduling; employees have had a hard time consistently accessing
scheduling. Currently looking for a better, more consistent app. This one is not going to work for us. Very disappointing.
