The customer service is 5 star. Once everything was set up the process for shipments is seamless. Highly recommend.

We have had the most seamless, smooth sailing experience whilst onboarding with Starshipit. We were allocated a specialist for the first 6 weeks and they were so efficient and proactive with any questions we had (thank you Millie!). Their customer support is next level, as are the Starshipit features on the app. Super easy to navigate and very reliable.
