Not really happy with Starshipit due to a few issues:
- It's not fulfilling all of the Shopify orders, so we have to manually fulfill them.
- When I change the default courier, it takes at least a day to update.
- We can only bulk print with one default courier, but we use two, so it's very time-consuming.

A power feature of Starshipit is to import Shopify orders and create automation rules, removing the need to manually assign couriers. I would recommend Starshipit for the ease of shipping and the support you receive. Millie has been fantastic and has been very quick to respond to all our enquiries. Starshipit has really helped us streamline our processes.
We have been using starshipit for a few months now and it has been a major improvement to our last platform.
Support has been fantastic everytime I have had an issue.
There are just some simple functions that could be a bit better like the tagging function but overall our team has been very satisfied.

Been using starshipit for 4 years. Seamless no issues at all with Shopify.
Stay away unless you want the most un-user friendly, clunky shipping app that is filled with lots of errors and problems.
Must of been tested by 5 years before releasing to the public.
- Save login credentials doesn't work
- Try purchase a label from your mobile - no chance
- 3 orders which already was sent but never updated on their software. So 2 customers received another item free - Not their problem though, going to refund me for profit loss because your system doesn't work? don't think so.
- Tablet view is as bad, can't see the full name of shipping title - couple times I have bought express or incorrect parcel because I can't see what I am buying.
Their support talks a big game of onboarding and account manager is BULL!

We've working on a dedicated mobile app on iOS and Android, which would be the best way to use Starshipit on a tablet too, it’s just been released for beta testing!
