Stellar Wishlist

I spent months researching apps to find the perfect wishlist for my website. I finally found it in this app. I absolutely loved it, and so did my customers. Unfortunately it seems that the app is broken. It throws a 503 error every time I try to open it, no matter if it's in the app, on my phone, or on desktop. The app looks like it's still working, but customers can't add any items to their wishlist and they can't edit. 2 emails later I haven't received assistance, even though the automatic email says I would be responded to in a few hours. I really don't want to lose this app. But emails are being ignored, my customers are upset, I'm still paying for it, and I'm out of patience. I've been a customer for just shy of 2 years and haven't had a problem until now.

Edit: Shortly after this review was posted, the application started working again for my customers, do it looks like someone finally saw my messages. I still can't edit the app, it still throws a 503 error. But at least it's usable through the season I need it most.

This is the best wish list app but, unfortunately, it's been broken for months. No ETA for a fix.

Great app with an amazing support team! My favorite feature is that it shows the number of 'loves' on each product on the collection page, which will be helpful to increase conversion. Initially, I had an issue with center aligning the wishlist button on the product page (using boundless theme) but the customer support replied fast and and was able to solve my problem quickly. They listened to my suggestions and even went far to meet my needs. Thank you again! Very happy with the app. There's room for improvement but currently it's enough to meet my needs. Definitely recommended! Keep up the good work, team!
