This is an update to an existing review I had in place, and I feel compelled to update it based on my experience on using this app for a few months.
Firstly, the way this app works, it makes Shopify works as it should have in the first place, with the sticky add to cart and slide cart. These two features have definitely increased my conversion rate and made it easier for customers to buy.
Second, the app is totally reliable, it just worked.
Third, the support is amazing. I've just been speaking with Henry and despite my impatience and rudeness he was really polite and helpful. The problem by the way was actually related to another app I use, not this one, I just didn't realise.

Support is very helpful and helped make some minor customizations quickly. The app is also working seamlessly. I have tried other similar apps. Some where cheaper or free and others were more expensive. But qikify is the one we are sticking with.

Really much love to this awesome support and the beautiful apps, even on the free plan!
Hannah from the support team helped my a lot with customize and fix some issues about sticky cart and the contact form. The apps are super customizable even on the free plan, which is available. I also changed the quick view of the products to the app from qikify.
5 stars to this great app developers. If our shop is performing better, I defenetly will spend my money for the premium plans.
