I never write app reviews on Shopify but I had to write one about this no matter what. This app is a lifesaver by Helping us automated our inventory. We have almost 1,500 products on our store and prior to that point we decided to do it all manually. We all know what that like. I did run into issues with the second feed i was setting up but reach out to the support team and the response time was very quick and answered what I was having issues with. Overall a must have for any eCommerce store who deals with multiple vendors.
This app work and it's pretty easy to setup even for no-developper ! Great & fast support, they helped me to setup my feed
Initially they are very helpful in setting up everything for you. Later when comes to problem, they will not reply your email. To be precise, we have paid $50 dollars for the stock sync credit, only will be deducted when add or remove products, surprisingly 10,000 credits were all used up in 2 days, we doubt that they were used for updating product variants. This is not solved almost a month and since then did not get any reply.
There is problem for the feed sometimes, sometimes we received email that sync is failed but it's not, sometimes the feed is missing without any reason and syncing cannot be done.
Totally fed up and have to get other app. This issue has delayed us from launching a new store.
Their support is very very slow. Dont recommend this company. Its takes days for them to help us. :-(

Since we are from different time zones, we are deeply sorry as during our non-working hours as our replies might delay especially during weekends/holidays.
Has saved me a lot of time + Helpful service
I used the app to update inventory and synchronize the stock between supplier and my shop. I like the app even better is the customer service who supported me setting everything up in no time!

This app has saved us hours and hours of work every day. Its really the best app to sync inventory among two stores and sync inventory across market places. The customer service is great, if you cant get things right in first go, just contact them and they will help you with that.

Dear store owner, we are very sorry for the bad experience that you are having. We understand that this is really unpleasant for you. For me too if this happens. We really hope that you would give us another chance. We understand the sync is working fine but the drain of credits is something we will ensure is working properly and credits will be reverted.
The app is great, works as we expected and the people in support is probably one of my best experience ever, pretty responsive and very, very useful. we totally recommend the app and the team behind. WELL DONE!
