syncX: Stock Sync

Awesome, exactly what I was looking for and needed. Not the greatest directions in the 1st place, but got help from support on setting it up and it runs smoothly. Highly recommend

So I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about Stock Sync. I run a store with over 20,000 skus, and had tried a number of different options to update stock prior to finding this app, all of which were VERY time consuming. I had been using the Shopify product upload csv file, which is fine is you are running less than 1000 skus, but even then it has some issues (image maintenance for a start if you aren't using hosted images).
Stock Sync has been a real blessing and worth every penny! The updates are so simple, and now with the enhanced features you can update more than just stock levels, all with a simple drag and drop and the update for over 20,000 skus is quick!
If you have a large inventory, or have inventory from multiple suppliers this is an absolute must!!

I am currently using this app and it needs a bit of development in some areas but all in all their support is fantastic and really goes the extra Mile.

If you use an FTP for stock tracking, you NEED this app. It will save you hours. The customer service is above and beyond any other. If you have an issue, they will respond and figure out how to fix the issue. If you value your time at over $5 an hour, it pays for itself in minutes.

We use stock-sync across several stores to bulk import new products and run overnight updates including inventory, price, deactivation and information updates from our legacy accounting system and ftp drive. Whole process is automated and runs efficiently each night. Support team is really helpful and efficient. Love Stock Sync!

Stock Sync is a must-have app if you manage over 1000 SKUs as we do. A+++ support. Can't fault these guys! Highly recommended.

Hard to get going at first but with a little bit of reading they will have your stock up to date. The app works very well with keeping up with inventory from suppliers.

Customer service is also very excellent. They took care of my issues very promptly.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMAILED THEM 4 TIMES, NO ANSWER! THINKING OF DELETING APP IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY TO DATE.

Amazing and simple. I can update the stock on our EposNowHQ to the show on Shopify in 3 minutes flat just download a CSV file and move a few colomns round then upload to Stock Sync. Easy Peasy!!
