syncX: Stock Sync

This app usually just works and saves me a lot of time.

The few times I've had a problem they have responded quickly and explained how to fix it, usually, it has been a setting I've done incorrectly,

Stock Sync is absolutely amazing. Before I discovered the app, it took me several days to load all my inventory into my store. Now, I have a feed set up and it automatically loads on a schedule... it adjusts stock from my suppliers, too, if I have a feed from them!
Additionally, the guys and gals at Stock Sync are so very helpful. Whenever I have a question or didn't do something correctly, I can chat or email them. When I email, I get a response during the next business day or even sometimes the same day.

If you are looking for an inventory app that will make your life incredibly easier... just get Stock Sync!

I have used this app for sometime now and although I have found it a steep learning curve the admin support have been brilliant and helped me get up to speed and on a number of occasions fixed my feed mapping issues speedily - definitely recommend this app and their staff. Although I am only giving it a 4 as it's not as user friendly as a novice would have liked and takes time to get your head around but I suppose that's the same with all software.

Great app. Works intuitively. Synchronization intervals were a bit long for our liking, but support were more than happy to create custom syncing intervals for us.

The customer support team is always available to help when I have issues with setting up new feed details. Thanks Raj!

not easy to figure out if your file is working or not and there's pretty much always a server delay - meaning you submit your file but it's usually 2 hours later when its updated so if you're in a rush it won't happen - today I've waited more than 4 hours and am still waiting...

I had little experience with files and inventory or an online store in general, And there is a learning curve with stock sync.. but Stock sync is a life saver.. its very simple once you learn how to use it and it saves hours and hours of work-time as well as high fees from web designers that charge you outrageous amounts of money for simple tasks. The Staff was always quick to help me and made it possible for me to get my store up and running without any more inventory issues. The load product feature is amazing as well.. a web-designer wanted to charge me $800.00 to load 150 products, stock sync app did it with nothing but my monthly subscription and just few dollars in load credits. I have found that Web-designers will often vastly over charge for tasks that they know are simple to complete. I guess a lack of skill is a drawback when you need things done.. but it is highway robbery out there by many designers looking to take advantage of you; Anyway, Stocksync is a great app and staff assistance is awesome. . . Five stars for sure.
