I agree, Jor was a pleasure to work with. Their response time is fast and they fixed a user error that I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. So far the app is working great and saving me a massive amount of time that I was spending before updating inventory. Their pricing is reasonable. I only wish that I had found them sooner!

I've tried a few other bulk uploaders to update our inventory, and none of the others can compare to Stock Sync. The ability to sync to multiple platforms, including emailing an inventory spreadsheet to a specific Stock Sync email address is unparalleled. On top of it all, their customer service is top notch. Fast response time, and thorough solutions.

These guys are great. Initially, we had some issues due to some funky formatting of the price file from our supplier, however, they dug really deep, which for such a cheap app is amazing, and have changed our lives now that we don't have to update prices every day! Thanks, team :)

I am using the app to sync my external inventory system with Shopify and works well! The team help me to configurate the app, the service is excelent , I definetly recommed it!

We run a fashion label ' georgycollection.com ' and we have both online and offline business. Given we use Shopify to manage our entire stock inventory I was looking for a solution whereby I can give my agencies access to our current stock on hand to save them from always having to call us to check on stock levels. So now that we have Stock Sync, our Shopify SOH syncs with a Google Sheet that all my agents can view anytime they need.

Also, the customer service from this company is seriously next level. Raj has helped with every single question I had within minutes and basically set up everything I needed - I haven't had customer service this good from any other company ever! - Totally recommend this app and business. This is a GREAT app! A must-have! We have physical stores in addition to our website and Stock Sync keeps everything updated AND the support is FANTASTIC!! We went online about 2 years ago and this is by far the best app we've added.. highly recommend!! Thank you to the stock-sync team!

I used this app to sync in 2000 products from an .xml feed URL and then assign these products to 60 different collections (using tags) from a different, uploaded .XLSX file. Although there were some missing explanations inside the app, the support was AWESOME. They replied to my emails in a few hours and helped me. Thanks Stock Sync!
