I did not really figured out fast enough how to set up an FTP server connection. This says more about me than it does about the app though. With the help of customer service, I was able to enjoy the full potential of the app in no time!

This app is a must!

I have been manually downloading and uploading the product and inventory feeds for a range of around 20,000 products. This app has made it all a breeze. More importantly, my time zone and that of my customers are completely opposite, which means that while I sleep, the inventory is automatically being updated. What a relief.

Really a must have app in case you get 3rd party supplier. It saves me a lot fo time. It was not so clear that updates are part of a plan, and upload new products are part of another plan. Support answer my question very quickly and everything went clear and logical!
