Incredible customer service, great product and very simple to use! highly recommend!!!

I'm thrilled with this app's performance and even more impressed by their Support team. There was an issue with our Google Map connection that I was notified about immediately by Ben Moenga at Stockist. He provided details on how to address the situation and when I needed a little extra hand-holding, he was more than happy to do so. Ben found and highlighted the lines of code that needed to be removed and everything was working again within a few business hours. Very pleased with the Support Team; Ben in particular!

This app is SO MUCH BETTER than the one we had used for years previously. It is intuitive, clean, feature rich, and well-maintained. I could go on and on about how incredible their support staff is. They have answered every question I've had thoroughly and work at the levels of both the average-joe and an experienced programmer. So happy to find this app!

Maybe the best response rate and customer service I've received from any vendor. I had a couple of special requests and the Stockist team (A) auto-responded immediately with a very informative message regarding their hours of operation and anticipated response rate, (B) responded well within that timeframe, and (C) completed my custom request in less than a day. In addition, they made some great recommendations regarding the use of their tool on my website that would help my SEO and user experience. Don't hesitate to ask them for custom requests! They just might be able to make it happen!

We've been with Stockist for years and are extremely happy with our overall experience. Locations are easy to manage on the admin side, and the consumer-facing map is fast, visually appealing, and always accurate. We did a lot of research while considering store locator apps and never found anything that competing with Stockist on either experience and price— highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, way above and beyond. I wrote in about an issue with my store location maps. It turns out it wasn't even a Stockist issue—it was an error from the site developer! But Alan figured out the problem right away and gave me instructions on how to fix it. Easy peasy. What a rock star!

Really handy plugin to be able to display all the stores that stock our product. We recently wanted to update one of the autoresponded texts and couldn't work out how to do it. Sent a message through to Stockist and received a really quick, helpful reply that showed exactly how to do what needed to be done.

Highly recommend! Very simple to use and self manage while providing a great user experience. If ever support is required, the team responds extremely quickly with helpful solutions. We've been using the app for the last 7 months and will be keeping it in our app stack across multiple websites.

5 stars and so well deserved for Stockist. The integration and setup is really easy to follow, and the customization options great for creating a consistent user experience. What really sets Stockist apart from other 3rd party apps is their customer service. Alan answered our questions almost instantly, and he went above and beyond to make some suggestions for improvement which he helped us implement as well. That makes a huge difference in a digital world where we are so often pointed to an FAQ page for solutions. Thank you for your legitimate support!
