I have used this app over the holidays and appreciate being able to specifically choose pick up times customers have available to choose from. I am doing another local promotion and things have changed in my theme and I couldn't get it to show up again. On a Saturday afternoon I emailed support and within less than an hour it was fixed and working. INCREDIBLE customer support! This was REALLY helpful too since I can only post in one local groups on a certain day of the month and was hoping to do so with everything working. BEYOND expectations and very appreciated.

Ali was very kind and helped me with some troubleshooting and customization upon installation in a short timeframe which I deeply appreciated. The App works great for my shop's needs and is easy to use on the backend. Thanks again!

Update - they continue to be responsive to helping troubleshoot issues and customize as needed. Their timeliness and willingness to help is always appreciated. Very good customer service.

Great app. Works way better than the last one we were using. Great options for flexibility with settings. Wonderful customer service. We had some issues at set up from our previous app that they were able to help correct with us even though it was not caused by their app. Very happy to pay for this app for it's benefit to our store.

This application is essential if you want to set up a pickup order function.
Support is fast and very accurate. Very clear instructions on how to set it up.
I can fully recommend it.

I really recommend this app ! Ali (founder) helped me out to set up the app and to customize it. The lowest price I found and I was surprisingly astonished by the service.
