Five stars just for the customer service! The app is great, but the support team is incredible. I ran into a few issues setting things up and they helped me fix everything instantly. They are super nice and actually care about helping you get your store running right.
StoreSEO has been a wonderful addition to my shopify store and my visibility has increased by 41 points. Would definitely recommend to others.
Absolutely love this app! StoreSEO made it so much easier to optimize my Shopify store, improve structured data, and increase overall SEO and AI visibility. The interface is clean, beginner-friendly, and the support team is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their Shopify store’s Google presence and future AI discoverability!
The app works well, but the subscription billing does not. If you downgrade your subscription level, it takes effect immediately, even if you have paid for the whole month
Hi there,
Thank you for your review. I understand and respect your concern. In Shopify, when you cancel a subscription, it immediately takes effect and cancels the subscription due to the billing cycle. Unfortunately, we don't have control over this.
However, I understand your concern, and we are now manually providing you with the remaining subscription limit that you paid for.
I hope you understand. Thank you!
