Really great customer service - Miles went above and beyond to help me with a subscription issue. If you are looking for a subscription app that has great customer service (unlike Recharge which i moved away from) go for these guys

I am only using the basic functionality right but as a small startup new to the ecommerce world, this has been by far the best experience I have had so far. there support and tutorials are great, and every time i have a question no matter difficulty I am able to chat with a person who will give me real time answer, they even opened my account early on to make sure everything was set up correctly, and before reaching out to them helped me answer questions I had not asked yet. If they provide this level of customer service for a small start up with barley any subscriptions, I can not imagine how great they would be once we have 100s or 1000s, this is probably my favorite app to with, and its all because of their stellar customer service.
