It’s terrible- you have to wait days for a reply. Issues aren’t sorted still 2 weeks later. It’s ’I’ll get back to you shortly’ but they don’t actually fix the problem there and then. So now my subscriptions renew on the 1st only half are transfered over and I’m going to loose thousands. AVOID

There is a bit of a learning curve with the app (like any other), but the team at Trust is phenomenal at quick, efficient help— especially Shashank!

I just installed this app today. I completed all my setup, including updating all emails to include my store name and logo. Probably took 1-1.5 hours overall. Everything seems fine and was pretty straightforward. The free version has what I need.

Note to developers: It would be great if our logo and store name could be automatically added to the emails or "apply to all" once changed in one. Same for changing our store name from the random number identifier to our actual store name. (3524687ab.shopify.com --> My Store Name.)

ok, firstly customer service is outstanding! Seriously, you will get the help you need and a lot more. This shows me that these people care about their app and how it looks in their customers site. Very greatful guys!

On another note. The app is friendly! Im going to enjoy passing this app onto my customers that I build sites for.

Was helped by Shashank... who actively sought me out via email to help me resolve my issue. He also conducted a video conference call and then sorted out things out for my afterwards, by working within the confines of my theme and an additional app I use to make things work for me.
